Scrapbook Daisies February Kits!

I'm so excited to show you the February kits from Scrapbook Daisies!

February Kit #1: "Be Mine"

February Kit #2: "Crazy Love"

February Mini Kit #1: "Tickled Pink"

February Mini Kit #2: "True Blue"

There are several more photos of these beautiful kits on the message board here.  Kit club member selection is going on now.  If there are any kits left after that, they will be listed in the Scrapbook Daisies store.  Which kit(s) will you be getting?  I have mine in my hands and will be playing this weekend :)

Did you know that Scrapbook Daisies is a no-commitment kit club?  There is no minimum number of kits that you are required to purchase, but with your membership you receive a discount on the price of the kits.  How cool is that?!

There are also several fun scrapbooking challenges going on over on the Scrapbook Daisies message board and I'd really love to see you participate.  One participant each month will receive a free Scrapbook Daisies kit!!  (kit club membership is not required to participate!)

As if that weren't enough, a little birdie told me that a very fun event with even more prizes up for grabs is being planned by the design team as we speak!  I hope to see you on the message board :)

Restoration Cards

Here are 3 very simple cards that I made using some of my leftovers from the January Restoration kit from Scrapbook Daisies.

Nothing fancy, but good to have on hand :)

Yesterday Today Tomorrow

This is my third layout using the Scrapbook Daisies January Restoration kit :)

The rose leaves are Primas from my stash. I used acrylic paint, rock candy Stickles, and Diamond Dust to decorate the chipboard key.

This was my take on Taj's journaling challenge at Scrapbook Daisies this month.  If YOU create a layout using the guidelines of her challenge and link it to her challenge thread on the message board by the 31st, you'll be entered to win a free Scrapbook Daisies kit!!!  What are you waiting for?! :)  Find the challenge here!

Family

Here is another one of my layouts created with the Scrapbook Daisies January Restoration kit.

The twine "hanging" the banner and the Prima rose leaves are from my stash.  I made the cream flowers using my flower punches, water, and puffy paint with the cardstock from the kit.

This is the sketch that I used (I rotated it).  If YOU create a layout based on this sketch and link it to the Scrapbook Daisies message board by the 31st, you'll be entered in the drawing for a free Scrapbook Daisies kit!

You...

... are all that I could have ever hoped for and more.

Love this photo of my sweet little Allison!  When she wears blue, her blue eyes really pop!

Here's the sketch by Kristine Davidson that inspired my design:

Kristine created that wonderful sketch for the Scrapbook Daisies January 10th sketch challenge.  Did you know that if YOU create a layout using this sketch as your inspiration and upload it to the designated areas of the Scrapbook Daisies message board by January 31st, you'll have earned a chance to win a Scrapbook Daisies kit?!?!  What are you waiting for???  You can find the full details here!  Can't wait to see your layouts :)

Smile Everyday

Something I really want to do this year is use up more of my stash before buying new product (wasn't that on my to-do list last year, too?  *oops*)

So, I dug deep into my stash and pulled out some of my favorite papers and embellishments from 2009 to create this layout of Dan and Allison.

I made the red and cream polkadot flower using a scalloped circle punch, a small retro flower punch, scissors, misted water, puffy paint, and glue dots.

Here's the sketch by Julie Bonner that inspired my design:

I challenge you to use up some of your older products, too! :)
