Here's my second layout as the Guest Creative Team member this month for Scrapbook Doodle using the fabulous November kit!

Here's my first page as the November Guest Creative Team member for Scrapbook Doodle using the fabulous November kit!

I added a bit of zig zag stitching here and there as well as some doodling around the edges of the page to tie it all together.

This page is also my take on Sketch #4 from Rough Draft!


The journaling reads, "We had such a great time on our honeymoon in Negril, Jamaica! July 2005".


This kit is a lot of fun to work with! You can get one here. I will be creating a few more projects this month with the kit so be sure to check back!

Scrapbook Doodle Guest Creative Team!!!

I am so excited to share this news!


I have been selected as the Guest Creative Team member for Scrapbook Doodle for the month of November!!!

I sure didn't expect to be chosen amongst all of the talented ladies who submitted amazing entries for this call. I am truly honored.

As Guest Creative Team member, I get to enjoy a generous discount to the Scrapbook Doodle Shoppe for the entire month, and I have also been provided with the Scrapbook Doodle November monthly kit! Here are a couple pictures of this fabulous kit:

The papers and ribbons are from a new line by Fancy Pants called The Daily Grind. The Primas, buttons, AC Thickers, and Doodlebug alphas that are included in the kit coordinate perfectly. There is even coordinating Bazzill cardstock in there!

I will be sure to post pictures of the projects that I create during November with the goodies in this yummy kit!

I made this page of my husband for one of the Friday Night Friends challenges at Scrapbook Doodle in which we were to think cool thoughts and make a project in that theme.

This is also my take on Sketch #1 at the Rough Draft blog.

I had the pleasure of creating this layout of Gwen Christina at the request of my sister-in-law, Lisa. This beautiful little girl belongs to Lisa's dear friend, Molly.


I thought this gorgeous new paper by Black Market Paper Society was a perfect compliment to the sepia toned photo. This is truly my favorite color combination!

The painted chipboard flourishes, the layered Prima flowers, the foam alphas, the fancy brad, and the layered butterfly embellishment add such a nice amount of dimension.

I hope she likes it :)
