So Happy

"So Happy" is the title of my latest layout, but I am also so happy that I finally got this photo from my wedding day scrapped!

It is one of those photos that I have been wanting to scrap for a long time, but I could never find paper that I felt was just right for it. Has that ever happened to anyone else??

In any case when I got the Crate Paper Mia collection I knew I wanted to use it for this photo. The cut-work took quite a bit of time but in the end I think it was all worth it!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Another New Layout to Share

I know I said this already but I am just so happy that I have been getting pages of Dan and me done lately.

Here's one that I finished up last night of a photo from our visit to Jackson Hole, WY last spring. It's kinda hard to see us in the photo LOL but that's okay because the point was to get that whole antler arch.

I made this layout for a challenge to use products by Basic Grey. As for the ribbon, I have been seeing projects around lately with ribbon pleated like that and I have been wanting to try it. I really like the dimension that it adds to the layout. I think I'll be doing that a lot!

A Simple Fun Layout

My brother and sister-in-law took us and their kids to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo this past summer when we went to Colorado to visit. It was a great zoo and us big kids had fun there!

Oh this layout was for a challenge in which string had to be used somewhere on the page. I only used a little bit but it is there nonetheless!

I've been focusing more on scrapping for Dan and me lately and I am really glad about it :)

A Couple Layouts to Share

I spent a good amount of time with my scrappy stash last night as well as today and I got a couple more layouts completed!

So there was a challenge to use Prima products somewhere on a project. That was right up my alley as anyone who knows my scrappy side knows that I use Prima on almost everything! Here's my layout... the flowers and crystal flourishes are Prima, and just about everything else is Basic Grey!

Another challenge called for creating a project using a variety of different alphas. So here's my layout using some Thickers, cardstock stickers, and a stamp...

Thanks for looking!
