My Little Shoebox. The blue scalloped quarter circle is actually the scalloped edge from one of the Playtime papers, cut out and layered onto a dictionary page-looking paper from an older collection by October Afternoon. A couple of the other papers that I used here are also from that OA collection (leftovers from an MCS kit!). I really wanted to use those blue scallops to bring out her beautiful blue eyes.
This was a raw chipboard shape that I first painted with wicker white acrylic paint and then covered with a coat of rock candy crackle paint. Love that effect! That little bit of bling there is part of one of the Zva flourishes that I had cut apart.
This is the sketch. I ended up flipping it to accommodate the orientation of my photo but I otherwise kept things pretty true to the sketch.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
