Eyelet Outlet Cards

Hi everyone!  Today I have a set of bright and cheerful cards that I put together for the Eyelet Outlet blog.

My first card features a pretty teal mermaid brad along with a cute orange mini butterfly brad.

Card two features a wonderful cherry brad.

Card three is my favorite of the bunch, featuring 3 super cute bird brads.

Eyelet Outlet Cards

Hi friends!  I have a couple of cards to show today that I created for the Eyelet Outlet blog.

This month the design team was asked to create summer-themed projects, so I used some cute mini butterfly brads, strawberry and cherry brads, and a big groovy flower quicklet on my pair of cards.
 

The adorable paper and diecut that I used are My Mind's Eye.  They were scraps that I had leftover from my June Creative Kit from My Creative Scrapbook.  I thought they coordinated really nicely with the Eyelet Outlet brads and quicklet. The sentiment stamp is from Our Craft Lounge.

I ran the kraft card front of my second card through my Cuttlebug with an embossing folder and then adhered just a few small strips of the My Mind's Eye papers.  This sentiment stamp is from Verve.

Word on the street is that there are even more super cute Eyelet Outlet brads in the works to be released real soon.  Can't wait!

Eyelet Outlet Projects

Hi friends!  I have a few projects up on the Eyelet Outlet blog this week which feature some wonderful brads and ribbon.

I picked this plain kraft bag up from the dollar store and prettied it up with some adorable Pebbles paper, cupcake brads, pink pearl brads, and cupcake ribbon.  While I was at it, I made a matching card and envelope.  I love giving gifts in sets like this.

This thank-you card is made from Momenta cardstock and embellished with a dress form brad, thread brads, and sewing ribbon.

I couldn't resist using the strawberry brads and fruit ribbon to make a "you're sweet" card.  The paper is an older line from October Afternoon that I've been hoarding.

Eyelet Outlet has an enormous selection of themed, pearl, and jewel brads.  Don't let the name fool you... they have just as many, if not more, brads as they have eyelets.  I had a little peek today at some of the new stuff that will be coming out soon... some major cuteness there!

Happy Mother's Day

Wishing all the moms out there a very happy mother's day!

My daughter('s daddy) sent me chocolate-dipped strawberries!

This gorgeous Teresa Collins paper is some of my favorite.

I used three beautiful brads from Eyelet Outlet for flower centers.

I love those jewels and pearls!

The flowers are stamped and cut-out images,

and the sentiment is computer-printed.

The patterned cardstock, stickers, and jewels on this card are Momenta.

Spring Eyelet Outlet Cards

Hi friends!  I have some spring cards on the Eyelet Outlet blog this week.

This one features three of the sweet mini butterfly brads.

Eyelet Outlet Projects

Hi friends!  Today I have three new projects to share featuring some fun brads from Eyelet Outlet.

First is a gift set featuring some pretty mermaid brads.

The papers are a previous collection from My Mind's Eye.

I made this simple treat container by creating a 3x3x2 inch box bottom, placing a lollipop-filled cello bag inside of the box, and sealing with a ribbon-tied bag topper.

This is a 4x4x1 inch pizza box!  It's the perfect size to hold a gift card (or a piece of jewelry, etc.)  I used this tutorial to make the box.

Another pretty little mermaid adorns this matching card.  I left it sentiment-free so that I could use the set for any occasion.

I think this would make a cute thank-you or hostess gift!

 

For the next card, I used two sweet little pastel winking owl brads and a pink pearl brad as flower centers along with more papers from My Mind's Eye.  The vellum sentiment sticker is from Momenta.

Next is this little purse which I made with ice cream brads with the idea of using as it holder for a gift card to the ice cream shop.  The paper is from Pebbles and the vellum sentiment sticker is from Momenta.

Just a quick and simple yet fun way to brighten someone's day.

Eyelet Outlet & Brads! cards

Hi everyone!  If you love brads and matching ribbon, you may be happy to know that Eyelet Outlet has released several new designs to add to their already HUGE selection of products.

This month, the design team is featuring many of the new products on the Eyelet Outlet blog.  Today I'd like to share a few simple cards that I've made with some of the new brads and ribbon.

 

Mixer & cup brads and mixer & cup ribbon were used on this card.

The paper is Little Yellow Bicycle, Making Memories, and Momenta.

 Baseball brads and baseball ribbon were used here along with My Mind's Eye paper.

 

This card has football brads and football ribbon with Little Yellow Bicycle paper.

 

 This last one has 2 cute winking owl brads, a mini butterfly brad, and owl ribbon.

The papers are Jillibean Soup.

Eyelet Outlet Cards

Hi friends!  I have a couple of cards on the Eyelet Outlet blog today.

For this square pink and brown card, I wanted the super cute Eyelet Outlet bird brads to take center stage, so I kept the design pretty simple.  I think this would make a cute Valentine's Day card.

I am finding myself addicted to this bracket shape for my cards lately (thank you yet again, Karola, for the inspiration).  I used 3 different Eyelet Outlet brads as flower centers on this: a pocket watch brad, a 16 mm green fancy rhinestone brad, and a 10 mm pink rhinestone brad.

I wanted this festive little guy to be in the spotlight on my card, so I kept my design quite clean and simple.

Chocolate-Filled Holiday Gable Boxes

I love making these little gable boxes to give as gifts.  Allison will be giving these to some very special ladies in her life.  To me, something as simple as a handful of yummy chocolates is so much prettier when presented in handmade packaging.

The centers of the accordion flowers are Peppermint Candy brads from Eyelet Outlet.  I thought they were the perfect finish since the boxes contain Dove chocolates and Hershey's creme de mènthe meltaways.

All of the patterned paper that I used is from the Winter Wonderland collection from My Little Shoebox.

Unfortunately, not all of the chocolates would fit into the boxes, so there were some left over that had to be promptly eaten by me.
