SD4U "Roses are Red" Crop Layouts

Now that the Roses are Red online crop at Scrapbook Deals 4 U is in progress, I can share the layouts that I made for the two challenges that I'm hosting!

One of my challenges is called "Who Do You Love?". The task is to create a layout about anyone that you love. The Valentine's-related twists are that shades of reds and/or pinks should be prominent colors on the layout, and that the journaling should include at least one reason why you love the subject of your layout.

I chose to create a layout of my niece, Amber, using a sketch by Anam Stubbington:

I'd love to see you participate in this challenge! Here's the link to it: "Who Do You Love?" challenge.

My second crop challenge is called "Roses and Diamonds". Since I can't help thinking about roses and diamonds when I think of Valentine's Day (hey, I wonder if Dan will take a hint! LOL), I thought it would be fun to hold a challenge to create a layout using fancy flowers and sparkly bling.

For my sample I created this layout of my niece Isabella (photos were taken by her mommy) using a sketch by Liz Qualman:

As I've mentioned before there are several prizes to be won this weekend throughout the Roses are Red crop, including a 3-Month Guest Designer term for the grand prize! So, whatcha waitin' for?!
