I've got a few different things to talk about today. Let's start with the happy scrappy mail!
A few weeks ago I was randomly selected on the
Rusty Pickle blog to receive a prize pack just for posting a comment on their blog! I received a sampling of their Rockin America collection as well as one of their wing chipboard albums!

Then about two weeks ago I was somehow randomly selected on the
Fancy Pants blog to win a sampling of their brand new Christmas Magic collection just for leaving a comment on their blog!

If that wasn't enough, Fancy Pants also included this super cute scrappy tote in my package!

Okay, on to my exciting scrappy news...
This summer I finally decided to throw my hat into the ring and submit to a couple of design team calls. You never know unless you try, right?!
Well I'm super excited to announce that I've been selected to join the
Scrapbook Deals 4 U design team for a six month term starting in September!
I feel very fortunate and honored to have been selected out of so many talented applicants. SD4U is a wonderful monthly kit club and starting next month, Martha will be offering three, yes 3!!! different kits to choose from each month! Be sure to check out the kits and also check here in the coming weeks for some sneak peeks!
Okay, last, but of course not least! An update on the baby!
We had our second ultrasound today! It's been a little over two weeks since our first ultrasound and this time the baby looked more like a baby :)

After a few minutes of the doc poking around in there the baby started wiggling around! It was so amazing.
The heartbeat was nice and strong but the baby's size measured a bit smaller than expected for the gestational age... the doctor didn't seem too concerned about that but of course I am! We go back for another ultrasound in 3 weeks. Hopefully the baby will do some good growing between now and then! Dan tried to help in that regard by cooking his amazing beef stroganoff for us tonite :)
OH!!! Speaking of babies!!! There is something else that I have been wanting to mention!
Have you seen
The Jelly Beans Boutique blog?!

Cristie makes the most adorable things and she welcomes custom orders! Oh my goodness I cannot wait to order a bunch of her stuff for my little one!
Thanks for stopping by :)
